Elixiara Shop works with one of the biggest couriers in the Philippines so we can ship to almost anywhere in the country.
Cash On Delivery
Elixiara Shop delivers your package to your home first then you can pay upon receiving it. The delivery staff will be the one to collect your payment.
Please be reminded that any of the delivery staff is not our employee. They work for J&T Express. They won't be able to answer questions about the items that you have ordered from Elixiara Shop.
If you have any issues or complaints about your order, please contact us right away and we will be more than willing to assist you immediately.
How Fast Is Delivery?
Delivery time will be 3 - 10 business days upon fulfilment of order. Fulfilment time is only 24 - 48 hours. Holidays will affect delivery time.
Orders from Elixiara Shop will be coming from Pangasinan. Customer's distance from the capital plays a role to delivery time. Customers residing in Pangasinan area may or may not receive their packages in less than 3 business days.
J&T Express handles deliveries for us. Elixiara Shop has no direct control on any of these courier's operations so we cannot commit a specific delivery date.
Shipping Fee
Elixiara Shop charges a fixed ₱150-₱400 shipping fee for each transaction or for each package not exceeding 3 kilograms. If in case the items you have ordered won't fit in our large pouch, Elixiara Shop may charge an additional P185.00 shipping fee.
Why Do We Charge Shipping Fee While Almost Every Other Stores Offer Free Shipping?
Elixiara Shop does not hide charges on customers. Free shipping may not necessarily mean free and the fact is, the shipping fee is already added to the price of the items that you are buying. Feel free to compare our prices with other online stores, you will be surprised to find out that our rates are still more competitive than most, and furthermore, all our products are 100% original. We don't sell fake products.
